Biography:
Danqing Song, Professor, South China University of Technology, Ph. Deputy Director of Development Strategy and Planning Division. He was awarded the “Postdoctoral Innovative Talent Support Program” by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Affairs of the People's Republic of China and the “Shui Mu Scholars” program of Tsinghua University. He has long been engaged in the scientific research on the geomechanics of rock body engineering related to side slopes, tunnels and underground caverns, etc. He mainly carries out research on the structural dynamics effect of rock body, rock body dynamic disaster, monitoring, early warning, prevention and control of geologic hazards, and the intelligent construction of underground engineering, and he has been involved in a number of major projects such as the Sichuan-Tibet Railway, the Three Gorges, the JiuDian Gorge in the upper reaches of the Yellow River, HeiFangTai, and the middle reaches of Jinsha Jiang River, such as XiangLi Highway. He has been involved in the evaluation of deformation stability and prevention and control of landslides, high slopes, and deeply buried tunnels in many major projects. The results have been published in 99 SCI/EI papers (84 SCI papers, 15 EI papers), 2 selected as ESI Highly Cited Papers in 2020, and 1 selected as Hot Paper in 2023. 55 first/corresponding authors' SCI papers (16 in TOP journals), and 12 EI papers, mainly published in Eng Geol, Landslides, Acta Geotech. The first/corresponding author of 55 papers in SCI (16 in TOP journals), 12 papers in EI, mainly published in Eng Geol, Landslides, Acta Geotech, Rock Mech Rock Eng and other authoritative journals in the field of engineering geology/geotechnical engineering, etc. The total number of citations is more than 1,200, and the H-index is 20. He has participated in the compilation of 3 industry/group standards, and has filed 36 patents for invention, 6 utility models, and 22 software copyrights.
Prof. Wei Gao

Biography:
Wei Gao, a male born in 1971, holds a Ph.D. He is primarily involved in the stability analysis of geotechnical engineering in complex environments and the research and teaching of big data and artificial intelligence technology in geotechnical engineering. To date, he has published over 100 academic papers (including more than 40 SCI-indexed papers), 5 monographs, and 2 textbooks. Additionally, he has successfully completed more than 40 research projects as either the principal investigator or main participant, including key projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the 973 project, and surface projects of NSFC. His research achievements have been recognized with the second prize for National Scientific and Technological Progress and the first prize for Hubei Provincial Scientific and Technological Progress.
Assoc. Prof. Mohammad Arif Kamal

Dr. Mohammad Arif Kamal is an Architect having 20 years of Teaching, Research and Professional experience in the field of Architecture, Building Technology and Interior Design. He did his Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch.) with Honors from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India in 2000, and secured a Master of Architecture (M. Arch.) on an MHRD GATE Fellowship from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee, in 2002 and Ph.D. in ‘Energy Responsiveness in Traditional Residential Buildings of Lucknow’ on MHRD Fellowship, from IIT, Roorkee in 2007. His major fields of interest are Environmental Design, Sustainable Architecture, Energy Efficiency in Buildings, Climate Responsive Architecture, and Traditional Architecture etc. Dr. Kamal is presently working as an Associate Professor at Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He has published 5 books and edited 4 Special Topic Volumes related to Sustainable Building Materials, published by Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland. He has published extensively around 120 papers in International Journals and Conferences. Dr. Kamal has an h-index of 13 and i10 index of 20 with around 883 Citations (Highest in Architecture in India). Dr. Kamal is an Editorial Board Member of many International Journals (including Scopus indexed Journals) and Conferences related to the Field of Architectural Engineering and Building Technology. He has evaluated research theses for several universities in India and abroad. He is a lifetime member of the Council of Architecture, India, and an Associate member of the Indian Institute of Architects, India. He is also a panel member of several International Research Organizations and Professional Bodies.
